Based on the traditional board game, this handheld Operation pits one player's dexterity against the clock. Using buttons to move the tweezers around Cavity Sam, contestants receive fees for surgically removing 12 parts with names such as Broken Heart and Charlie Horse. Successful moves are rewarded with a brief song, but errors can be startling: a very loud buzzer sounds whenever the cell walls are touched. The game has several excellent features including an automatic shutoff and 10 levels of complexity that will challenge even the most agile fingers.
